Q: How does your style fit in with the styles of the Valley?
A: I definitely think it’s different because I don’t wear the same stuff as everyone else. I don’t own UGGs or a North Face jacket like other girls in this area. I feel like I have more style than people in this area and I know how to dress for my body type.

Q: Where do you get your style or knowledge from?
A: I like stuff that I see on Tumblr. I follow a lot of plus size blogs and they post a lot of clothing from ASOS or Modcloth, which is really cute.

Q: Your style in one word or phrase?
A: Different

Q: Top three wardrobe staples?
A: Lipstick, dresses and cute shoes

Q: Store you can always find something in?
A: Probably TJ Maxx – I typically leave with something every time I shop there.

Q: Most prominent color in your wardrobe?
A: Black

Q: An item you would love to splurge on if you had the money to do so?
A: ASOS has this tutu that I love but it’s like $200. It looks like what Carrie wore in the opening credits of Sex and the City. It’s gorgeous and I can see myself wearing that with a t-shirt or something.

Q: Trend you want to try?
A: High-heeled sneakers – I don’t wear sneakers but if they made cute ones with a heel I would think about it.

Q: Fashion pet peeve?
A: When girls wear clothes that are too small for their body type. Dress for your body type and you’ll look fine!

Q: Fashion trend you wish you never followed?
A: Velour track suits – they were God awful.

Wearing now: Lane Bryant top, The Deb pants, Macy’s shoes, Alex & Ani bracelets, Love, Want, Wear necklace, gifted ring and earrings
