Wardrobe Wednesday: Turquoise in Spring

I scored this turquoise number at Target this weekend and fell in love. I spotted it in black first and was bummed because I have about one too many plain black dresses. I found it in this bright springy color and knew I had to get it. Of course though, they didn’t have my size. I was super bummed but, luckily, found it outside the dressing room in my size! Woot woot! I loved pairing it with my Steve Madden flats and neutral cardigan.
